Are you passionate about organizing events that inspire and bring people together? Do you have a heart for missions and a desire to see our community and beyond touched by the love of Christ? If so, we'd love for you to join our Mission Conference Planning Team!  

Why Join the Team?  Our Mission Conference is a significant event that helps to educate, inspire, and mobilize our community to engage in mission work. By joining the planning team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a conference that not only raises awareness but also equips and motivates attendees to get involved in meaningful ways.  

What You'll Do:  
As a member of the Mission Conference Planning Team, you will:  
  • Collaborate: Work alongside a dedicated group of volunteers and church staff to plan and execute the conference.  
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to make the event engaging and impactful.  
  • Organize: Help with logistics, from scheduling speakers and workshops to coordinating volunteers and managing event details.  
  • Promote: Assist in marketing and outreach efforts to ensure the conference reaches as many people as possible.  
  • Pray: Support the event through prayer, trusting God to guide every step of the planning and execution process.

  • Able to commit time and effort to planning and attending meetings. 
How to Join:  
  1. Fill Out the Form: Complete the Global Mission Conference Planning Team application form available on our church website. 
  2. Attend an Orientation Join us for an orientation meeting to learn more about the planning process and meet the team. 
  3. Get Involved: Dive into the planning process and start making a difference!
